The diverse work at Formel D was very interesting. However, the job often Do VERY long hours required. The management structure was Constantly changing and it was difficult to get support and training. Since most of the work is project based, there is no job security and little effort to move employees from a finished project to new one. not value or respect its employees--rather looks for the cheaper options to replace experienced, existing members of staff.
